Omokhudu Idogho is a Nigerian public health expert and the Managing Director of the Society for Family Health (SFH), a leading non-governmental organisation in Africa. Early life and education
Dr. Idogho earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Benin in 1995. He went on to receive a Master's in Public Administration (MPA), with a focus on public policy, from the University of Ilorin in 2006, and later completed a Master of Public Health (MPH) at the University of South Africa in 2010.
Career
Dr. Idogho has led national health programs in multiple domains including reproductive, maternal and child health, HIV/AIDS, non-communicable diseases, and health financing. With experience in both government and multi-donor agencies, he has designed and managed community-level and institutional development projects.
He began serving as Managing Director of SFH on 1 January 2019, succeeding Bright Ekweremadu.
