David Ault (born June 9, 1959) is an American spiritual teacher, humanitarian, author, and former actor. He is the founder and executive director of [https://kaleidoscopechildfoundation.org/ Kaleidoscope Child Foundation], a nonprofit providing education, clean water access, and empowerment programs in underserved communities worldwide. Ault is also known for his contributions to New Thought philosophy, as well as his roles in independent film and television.
Early life and education
Ault was the youngest of five siblings, including his older brother Doug Ault, a professional baseball player who played for the Toronto Blue Jays and died by suicide in 2004.
Ault was born in Beaumont, Texas, the youngest of five children. His father, Pete Ault, died from hypertrophic cardiomyopathy when David was seven years old. He graduated from Oral Roberts University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications and Journalism, and soon after relocated to New York to pursue acting.
Acting career
David Ault began his entertainment career with appearances in New York and Los Angeles, earning roles in television series including Days of Our Lives and Generations, NBC’s groundbreaking daytime drama featuring an African-American family as central characters.
In 1999, Ault co-starred in the independent feature film St. Patrick’s Day, alongside Piper Laurie. Spiritual leadership and teaching
Ordained through Centers for Spiritual Living, Ault served congregations in California, Alabama, and Georgia. A regular contributor to Science of Mind Magazine, he conducts retreats and workshops internationally.
Kaleidoscope Child Foundation
In 2004, following a transformative trip to Cambodia, Ault founded [https://kaleidoscopechildfoundation.org/ Kaleidoscope Child Foundation] to break cycles of poverty through education. With initial efforts funded by just $85, the foundation has grown into a global organization serving over 1,000 children annually in Cambodia, India, Guatemala, Kenya, and the United States.

Personal life
Ault resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with his husband Daniel 'Jai Ram' Lentine, a public health policy analyst. Together they co-lead Nandi Dass, a spiritual community rooted in devotional practice and conscious service.
