=Animator Life=

After being an engineer for years, Chris quit and began a second career as an animator. He received his MS degree in Theatrical and Applied Mechanics in 1986 after graduating at the University of Illinois. Three years following, he experimented in fluid mechanics research, until he made baby steps into the world of computer animation. Afterwards in 1994, he was hired to define, test, and sometimes even abuse computer graphics software products. This resulted in the productions of the end and Bingo. Bingo was nominated in 1996 for an Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film. Afterward, he met Ryan Larkin, a renowned animator in the 60s and 70s that had recently fallen in a spiral of excessive drinking, cocaine abuse, and homelessnes. this resulted in the 2004 production of Chris's latest film, Ryan. It won an Oscar the same year.

[[MF Adaptor]]

MF Adaptor are an eclectic duo from Leeds, United Kingdom, consisting of Michael Schofield (31/10/83) and David Lichfield (22/01/1983). They formed in 2002, bonding over a love of leftfield music. Their work is charaterised by memorably wry lyrical content and poignant, yet always accessible melodies. The duo began to perform in and around Leeds venues in late 2005, having amassed a huge body of material over the previous 4 years.

[[Circus Metal]]

Circus Metal began in the late 1800's. It is thought to have been derived from the traditional folksongs of traveling gypsies in the widwest. Another theory classifies the psuedohappy-go-luck instrumentation as haveing originated in Irelan during the reign of Kublaih Khan. Examples of these Irish Circus Metal bands include Slint, Disgruntled Leprechuans, and the Rolling Stones.

Mission Statement

The United States faces unprecedented threats to its national security. While America is under attack from enemies abroad, our long-term economic security, personal rights, and values are under attack here at home.

Formed by General Wesley K. Clark, WesPAC - Securing America’s Future is founded on the belief that a truly secure America demands sound, wise leadership and a renewed commitment to the values that have made our nation great: service, integrity, and accountability.

Anchored in these ideals, and committed to addressing the threats facing America both at home and abroad, WesPAC has two central objectives:

  • Elect Democrats to the White House, Congress, state offices, and local offices in order to implement new policies that will restore our nation’s security and prosperity, comprehensively address the threats facing America and our allies while respecting civil liberties, and replace the current unwise policies established by this Republican Administration and Congress.
  • Provide leadership on U.S. national security issues and develop new, innovative solutions to the challenges facing America at home and abroad.

History

WesPAC was founded by Wes Clark in April 2004 with a two-fold mission:

  • To elect Democrats to the White House and Congress in order to implement new policies that will restore our nation's security and prosperity, comprehensively address the threats facing America and our allies while respecting civil liberties, and replace the current unwise policies established by this Republican Administration and Congress.
  • To provide leadership on U.S. national security issues and develop new, innovative solutions to the challenges facing America at home and abroad.

To satisfy that mission during the 2004 campaign, WesPAC played a very active role in supporting those candidates who share our values:

  • Raised more than $1 million through fundraising events, fundraising solicitations, and PAC contributions for Democratic House and Senate candidates in critical races across America
  • Traveled to Alaska, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Missouri, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Washington to campaign for Democratic House and Senate candidates
  • Traveled to Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Carolina, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington, Wisconsin, and his home state of Arkansas to campaign for John Kerry and John Edwards

He makes drone music and has had releases on labels like Komplott, Fukk God Lets Create and Garmonbozia Productions. He often use samples of guitar, then cuts them up into tiny fragments and put them together to create his music.

Night schools are schools where classes are held in the evening/night for people who are busy with other things during the day. Many night schools offer degrees to working adults. William Henry Edwards (1822-1909) was an important entomologist in the United States. He is remembered for his trip to the Amazon in 1846, that he recorded in his book "A Voyage Up the River Amazon, with a residency at Pará" (1847), that inspired Wallace and Bates to make their famous trip to the region. Edwards published the first major study of "The Butterflies of North America" (finished in 1897). He was an observer of the American Civil War and a correspondent of Darwin.

[[DiggDesk]]

DiggDesk v1.0 is the first skinnable digg, reddit and YouTube posts retriever (soon to be added other sites as well). It has never been so fast and easy to read posts from your favorite category.

It was developed using Microsoft VB 6.0 and is for Win OS, however I have tested it only on Win XP and Win 2000 machines.

You just have to choose the category you want to retrieve the dugg posts. That's it, simple! Press R on your keyboard whenever you want to retrieve the news. If you don't want to look at it anymore just minimize it to the system tray or close it. Not to forget, third button from right is the option button where you set up everything. I will stop now!

  • So far it supports digg, reddit and YouTube, soon should be more sites added
  • Skin support, change the look of the application and make it fit your desktop
