Babak SADEGHI NAIBIN (بابک صادقی نایبین)
Electronics engineer(born 5 jun 1974)membre of the SEPAH(The Islamic Revolution's Guards Corps (IRGC))Between 1995 - 2003.
Following his refusals to order he left Iran for Turkey where UNHCR has recognized him refugee status. Now he is student in the school of engineering in Switzerland.
Born in Orumieh, He pledged officially as marine force of SEPAH. After having understood that he would be used to kill people, he began to refuse to work for the SEPAH. He also refused to go to China to learn the technology of missile,refused to go to work in Shiraz on the basis of launching missile.
In 2002 it was incorporated into the forces of Basij(The Basij is a local organization in just about every city in Iran. that serve as an auxiliary force engaged in activities such as law enforcement, emergency management).
Here,again he refused to go repress the resistance movement of students(More than once).
Finally in the summer of 2003 he decided to leave Iran.
