The Üechtland ({{IPA|de-CH|ˈyːəçtland|lang|link=yes}}, {{IPA|gsw|ˈyə̯ɣ̊d̥lɒnd̥|lang|link=yes}}), alternatively spelled Üchtland and Uechtland, is a region in western Switzerland, where the cities of Bern and Fribourg are located. The French name {{lang|fr|Nuithonie}} ("land of the Nuithones") is rarely used.

The name for the region is obsolete; today, it is only used to distinguish Fribourg ({{langx|de|Freiburg im Üechtland}}) from Freiburg (or {{lang|de|Freiburg im Breisgau}}) in Germany.

However, old documents also mention {{lang|de|Bern im Üechtland}} or {{lang|de|Verona im Üechtland}}, by which {{lang|la|Verona}}, as a Latinized name for Bern, is distinguished from Verona in Italy (historically known in German as {{lang|de|Bern}} and sometimes as {{lang|de|Wälsch-Bern}}).
