Ścinawka Górna {{IPAc-pl|ś|ć|i|'|n|a|f|k|a|-|'|g|u|r|n|a}} is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Radków, within Kłodzko County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.{{TERYT}} It lies approximately {{convert|8|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-east of Radków, {{convert|18|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-west of Kłodzko, and {{convert|75|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-west of the regional capital Wrocław.
Attractions
The village includes the hamlet of Sarny with its 16th-century castle and 19th-century park. The castle, owned for centuries by Czech, Habsburg and then German noblemen, in 1866 was the birthplace of Gustav Adolf von Götzen, German Governor of German East Africa.
