1000 Song Challenge ({{ko-hhrm|도전 1000곡||Dojeon Cheongok}}), also known as Challenge 1000 Songs, is a South Korean karaoke singing competition television series, which aired on SBS from 2000 to 2014.{{Cite web | title = MCs named for survival singing show | author = Lee Sung-eun | work = Korea JoongAng Daily | date = September 19, 2014 | access-date = March 29, 2016 | url = http://koreajoongangdaily.joins.com/news/article/article.aspx?aid=2995043 }}{{Cite web | title = A Pink member apologizes for her zealous streak | author = Sunwoo, Carla | work = Korea JoongAng Daily | date = September 12, 2012 | access-date = March 29, 2016 | url = http://koreajoongangdaily.joins.com/news/article/article.aspx?aid=2959261 }} During the show, guests compete by singing popular songs accurately from memory. The songs are chosen randomly from a pool of 1000 songs. Unlike normal karaoke, the lyrics are not shown, so it is easier to make mistakes.
