The members of the 14th Manitoba Legislature were elected in the Manitoba general election held in July 1914. The legislature sat from September 15, 1914, to July 16, 1915.{{cite web |url=http://www.mhs.mb.ca/docs/people/mla1914.shtml |title=Members of the Fourteenth Legislative Assembly of Manitoba (1914–1915) |work=Memorable Manitobans |publisher=Manitoba Historical Society |accessdate=2012-12-02}}

The Conservatives led by Rodmond Roblin formed the government.

Tobias Norris of the Liberal Party was Leader of the Opposition.{{cite web |url=http://www.parl.gc.ca/parlinfo/Files/Province.aspx?Item=674174e0-0472-4cd4-bb1e-d66b7aff8b79&MenuID=Compilations.ProvinceTerritory.aspx.Menu&Language=E&Section=LeaderOpposition |title=Leaders of the Opposition - Manitoba |publisher=Library of Parliament |accessdate=2012-12-01 |archive-date=2013-10-29 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20131029230602/http://www.parl.gc.ca/parlinfo/Files/Province.aspx?Item=674174e0-0472-4cd4-bb1e-d66b7aff8b79&MenuID=Compilations.ProvinceTerritory.aspx.Menu&Language=E&Section=LeaderOpposition |url-status=dead }}

The Roblin government was forced to resign in 1915 after a royal commission initiated by the Lieutenant Governor found evidence of corruption in the awarding of contracts for the construction of new legislative buildings. The house was dissolved and a new election was held in August 1915.{{cite web |url=http://www.mhs.mb.ca/docs/features/timelinks/reference/db0011.shtml |title=Legislature Scandal |work=TimeLinks |publisher=Manitoba Historical Society |accessdate=2012-11-29}}
