The 1900 Challenge Cup was the 4th staging of rugby league's oldest knockout competition, the Challenge Cup.{{cite book|title=Encyclopedia of Rugby League Football|author1=John Huxley|author2=David Howes|year=1980|publisher=Robert Hale|location=London|isbn=0-7091-8133-7|pages=41–43}}
The final was contested by Swinton and Salford at Fallowfield Stadium in Manchester{{cite book |title=Rothmans Rugby League Yearbook 1995-1996 |author1=Raymond Fletcher |author2=David Howes|year=1995|publisher=Headline Book Publishing |location=London |isbn=0-7472-7817-2|page=191}} on Saturday 28 April 1900. First round
