The 1965 East Stroudsburg Warriors football team was an American football team that represented East Stroudsburg State College (now known as East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania) as a member of the Pennsylvania State College Athletic Conference (PSCAC) during the 1965 NAIA football season.
