The 1985 Southern Illinois Salukis football team represented Southern Illinois University—now known as Southern Illinois University Carbondale—as a member of the Gateway Collegiate Athletic Conference (GCAC) and the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) during the 1985 NCAA Division I-AA football season.
