The 1987–88 season of the Moroccan Throne Cup was the 32nd edition of the competition.
Maghreb de Fès won the cup, beating FAR de Rabat 4–2 on penalties after a 0–0 draw in the final,{{Cite web|url=https://www.goalzz.com/?c=1666|title=goalzz.com: Live sports scores, news and more|website=www.goalzz.com}} played at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat. Maghreb de Fès won the tournament for the second time in their history.
