The 1991 Hong Kong Challenge was an invitational non-ranking snooker tournament, which took place from 28 to 31 August 1991 at the Hong Kong Hilton in Hong Kong.{{cite book |editor=Terry Smith |date=1991 |title=Benson and Hedges Snooker Year (Eighth Edition) |location=London |publisher=Pelham Books |isbn=0720719836 |chapter=What's Happening in the 1991/92 Season? |page=10}} Stephen Hendry won the title, defeating James Wattana 9–1 in the final, and received £20,000 prize money, out of a total prize fund of £72,000.
