The 2010–11 I-League was the fourth season of the I-League, which was the highest football league competition in India during the time. On 30 May 2011 Salgaocar won the title by beating JCT 2–0 in the final match of the season.

Teams

Sporting Clube de Goa and Shillong Lajong FC were relegated at the end of the 2009–10 season after finishing in the bottom two places of the table. They were replaced by 2010 Second Division champions ONGC FC and runners-up HAL SC.{{citation needed|date=July 2022}}
