The 2010 Men's South American Volleyball Club Championship was the second official edition of the men's volleyball tournament, played by six teams between October 26 and November 1, 2010 at the República de Venezuela Complex in Bolivar and the Aldo Cantoni Colliseum in San Juan, Argentina.{{cite web|url=http://voleysur.org/v1/noticias_esp.asp?id=2062/|title=Competencia que empieza este martes reúne siete equipos que disputan una plaza para el Mundial|language=Spanish|author=CSV|publisher=voleysur.org|date=2010-10-25}} The winning team qualified for the 2010 FIVB Men's Club World Championship.
