The 2015 Italian motorcycle Grand Prix was the sixth round of the 2015 Grand Prix motorcycle racing season.{{cite news|title=2015 provisional MotoGP calendar announced|url=http://www.motogp.com/en/news/2014/09/26/2015-provisional-motogp-calendar-announced/165181|date=26 September 2014|access-date=17 May 2015|work=motogp.com|publisher=Dorna Sports}} It was held at the Mugello Circuit in Scarperia on 31 May 2015.

In the MotoGP class, Ducati's Andrea Iannone took his first pole position. However, Jorge Lorenzo won his third consecutive race ahead of Iannone and Valentino Rossi,{{cite news|url=http://www.motogp.com/en/news/2015/05/31/lorenzo-delivers-master-class-to-make-it-three-in-a-row/176886|title=Lorenzo delivers master class to make it three in a row|work=MotoGP.com|publisher=Dorna Sports|date=31 May 2015|access-date=26 July 2015}} who started from eighth on the grid.
