The 2019 Newfoundland and Labrador Women's Curling Championship, the women's provincial curling championship for Newfoundland and Labrador, was held from January 10 to 12 at the Bally Haly Golf & Curling Club in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador.{{Cite web|url=https://www.tsn.ca/tournament-of-hearts-and-brier-playdowns-1.1229697|title=Tournament of Hearts and Brier Playdowns - TSN.ca|date=20 December 2018}} The winning Sharpe team represented Newfoundland and Labrador at the 2019 Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Sydney, Nova Scotia.
