2020–21 Israeli Basketball Premier League

The regular season will be played in a 26-round Round-Robin format.

The top 6 finishers will play the 5 round "upper house", with the other 7 teams playing the 7 round "bottom group".

At the end of the power outage, it was decided to resume the game, but Hapoel Holon decided not to continue playing. Following the decision, the disciplinary committee of the basketball association ruled a technical loss to Hapoel Holon and imposed a fine of 10,000 NIS.
