The 2021 PBA Governors' Cup, also known as the 2021 Honda PBA Governors' Cup for sponsorship reasons, was the second and last conference of the 2021 PBA season of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). The 20th edition of the Governors' Cup began on December 8, 2021, after the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) approved the league's request, and ended on April 22, 2022.
