The 2022–23 Wyoming Cowgirls basketball team represented the University of Wyoming in the 2022–23 college basketball season. The Cowgirls were led by first-year head coach Heather Ezell. The Cowgirls played their home games at the Arena-Auditorium in Laramie, Wyoming and were members of the Mountain West Conference. Previous season

The Cowgirls finished the 2021–22 season 17–13, 11–6 in Mountain West play, to finish tied for third place in the conference.
