The 2023 AFL Women's All-Australian team represents the best-performed players of the 2023 AFL Women's season. The team was announced on 27 November 2023 as a complete women's Australian rules football team of 21 players.

Initial squad

The initial 42-woman All-Australian squad was announced on 14 November 2023. Minor premiers {{AFLW|Ade}} had the most players selected in the initial squad with six. Final team

The final team was announced on 27 November 2023. {{AFLW|Ade}} had the most selections with four, followed by {{AFLW|Bri}}, {{AFLW|NM}} and {{AFLW|Syd}} with three each. Ten teams were represented overall. Eleven players achieved selection for the first time, while seven players from the 2022 season 7 team were selected, with {{AFLW|NM}} captain Emma Kearney achieving selection for the eighth consecutive season.
