The 2023 Colonial Athletic Association men's basketball tournament was the postseason men's college basketball tournament for the Colonial Athletic Association for the 2022–23 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The tournament was held March 3–7, 2023 at the Entertainment and Sports Arena in Washington, D.C.{{cite web |last1=Washburn |first1=Rob |title=CAA Announces Dates And Sites For 2022-23 Conference Championships |url=https://caasports.com/news/2022/6/13/general-caa-announces-dates-and-sites-for-2022-23-conference-championships.aspx |website=CAASports.com |publisher=CAA |access-date=17 October 2022 |location=Richmond, VA |language=English |format=Web |date=14 June 2022}}{{cite web |title=2023 Men's #CAAHoops Championship Presented By Jersey Mike's |url=https://caasports.com/tournaments/?id=191 |website=CAASports.com |publisher=CAA |access-date=December 21, 2022 |language=English |format=Web}} Charleston won the tournament, claiming the conference's automatic bid to the 2023 NCAA tournament.

This was the final men's basketball tournament held under the Colonial Athletic Association name. On July 20, 2023, the CAA announced it had changed its name to Coastal Athletic Association. The name change did not affect the CAA initialism, and the conference kept its existing logo.{{cite press release|url=https://caasports.com/news/2023/7/20/baseball-caa-changes-official-conference-name-to-coastal-athletic-association.aspx |title=CAA Changes Official Conference Name to Coastal Athletic Association |publisher=Coastal Athletic Association |date=July 20, 2023 |access-date=July 20, 2023}}
