A loss to the Brooklyn Nets on February 22, 2025 ensured the 76ers cannot match or exceed their record from the previous season. Following a loss to the Atlanta Hawks on March 10, the 76ers were guaranteed to finish with a losing record for the first time since 2017. On March 13, general manager Daryl Morey revealed on Pablo S.
