The 2024 Mountain West Conference men's basketball tournament is the postseason men's basketball tournament for the Mountain West Conference. It was held March 13–16, 2024, at the Thomas & Mack Center on the campus of University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in Paradise, Nevada.{{Cite web |title=UNLVtickets.com - 2024 Mountain West Basketball Championships |url=https://themw.com/mbballchamp/}} The tournament champion will receive the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament.

Seeds

The defending champions from the prior season were the San Diego State Aztecs.{{Cite web |title=San Diego State Wins Mountain West Tournament Title|url=https://admin.themw.com/sports/2024/02/06/2024_mbb_championship.aspx}}

All 11 Mountain West schools will participate in the tournament. Teams are to be seeded by conference record with a tiebreaker system to seed teams with identical percentages. The top five teams will receive byes into the tournament quarterfinals. The remaining teams will play in the first round.
