The 31st Golden Raspberry Awards, or Razzies, was a parodic award ceremony that was held on February 26, 2011, at the Barnsdall Gallery Theatre in Hollywood, California, to identify the worst films the film industry had to offer in 2010, according to votes from members of the Golden Raspberry Foundation. Razzies co-founder John J. B. Wilson has stated that the intent of the awards is "to be funny."{{cite web |url=https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/davidmack/razzie-awards-12-year-old-worst-actress-ryan-kiera-armstrong |title=The Razzies Responded After Being Slammed for Nominating a 12-Year-Old for "Worst Actress" |last=Mack |first=David |work=BuzzFeed News |date=January 24, 2023 |access-date=January 25, 2023 |archive-date=January 25, 2023 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20230125000357/https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/davidmack/razzie-awards-12-year-old-worst-actress-ryan-kiera-armstrong |url-status=live}} The nominations were announced on January 24. The Last Airbender was the big winner of 2010, with five awards, including Worst Picture.{{cite web|title=The 31st Annual Razzie Awards|url=http://razzies.com/history/11winners.asp|access-date=2011-02-27|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20130103033553/http://razzies.com/history/11winners.asp|archive-date=2013-01-03|url-status=dead}}{{cite web|url=https://www.telegraph.co.uk/culture/film/film-news/8350573/Ashton-Kutcher-and-Sarah-Jessica-Parker-awarded-worst-actor-Razzies.html|title=Ashton Kutcher and Sarah Jessica Parker awarded worst actor Razzies |date=2011-02-26|work=Daily Telegraph|access-date=2011-02-28| archive-url= https://web.archive.org/web/20110310145016/http://www.telegraph.co.uk/culture/film/film-news/8350573/Ashton-Kutcher-and-Sarah-Jessica-Parker-awarded-worst-actor-Razzies.html| archive-date= 10 March 2011| url-status= live}}
