Methods of teaching
For each language, the apps, website and books have 100 lessons, covering a broad range of topics for beginners and intermediate students: numbers, colors, travel situations, verb forms, and a small amount of business conversation.{{Cite web |url=https://www.50languages.com/phrasebook/em/en/ |title=English US - English UK for beginners - Table of contents |website=www.50languages.com |language=en |access-date=2017-10-02}} Users can click any phrase to repeat it as needed. Users can also download audio files (MP3) containing one or two languages. There are no pauses in the audio files to listen and repeat, so learners need to speak along with the recording (shadowing).{{Cite journal |last=Hooper |first=Rowan |date=2017-01-28 |title=You had me at hallå |journal=New Scientist |volume=233 |issue=3110 |pages=42–43 |doi=10.1016/S0262-4079(17)30182-3|bibcode=2017NewSc.233...42H }}{{Cite journal |last=HOADJLI |first=Ahmed Chaouki/ MANSEUR Raouia |date=2016-03-01 |title=Can Shadowing Enhance EFL Learners' Oral Performance? The recorded voices are native speakers of each language, usually both a man and woman.{{Cite web |url=http://www.goethe-verlag.com/book2/voices.htm |title=Book 2 Voices |website=www.goethe-verlag.com |access-date=2017-10-03}}
