830 Brickell is a 55-story office skyscraper in the Brickell neighborhood of Downtown Miami. Completed in 2023, the building rises {{convert|724|ft|m|1}} making it the sixth tallest building in Miami. The building was designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill architecture of Chicago and is actually located on SE 1st Avenue,{{cite web|url=http://www.skyscrapercenter.com/building/830-brickell/35218 |title=830 Brickell - The Skyscraper Center |publisher=Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat |accessdate=3 April 2023}} one block west of Brickell Avenue.
