909 Chestnut (formerly One SBC Center, One Bell Center, One AT&T Center, and 909 Chestnut) is a 44-story building in downtown St. Louis, Missouri at 909 Chestnut Street on the Gateway Mall. It is Missouri's largest building by area with {{convert|1400000|sqft|m2}}.[http://stlouis.bizjournals.com/stlouis/stories/2006/09/04/story1.html One AT&T Center on sale block - bizjournals.com - September 1, 2006] The building is currently vacant.{{cite web | url=https://www.ksdk.com/article/news/local/business-journal/att-tower-downtown-st-louis-sells-for-fraction-of-previous-sale-price/63-323ff286-2ecb-4596-97b4-ea708cdd7a19 | title=AT&T tower, downtown's massive vacant skyscraper, sells for fraction of previous $200M sale price | date=10 May 2022 }}

The building was built to replace the Southwestern Bell Building as the Southwestern Bell world headquarters. However, in a series of mergers, the headquarters moved to San Antonio, Texas and was later renamed AT&T.

In 2006 Inland American Real Estate Trust bought the building for $205 million. AT&T then signed a 10-year lease to be the sole tenant.[http://stlouis.bizjournals.com/stlouis/stories/2007/01/01/story6.html One AT&T Center bought by Chicago firm for $205 million - bizjournals.com - December 29, 2006]

When AT&T announced, in 2013, that they would be vacating the building in 12 months and that they would be not be renewing the lease when it expired in 2017, the number of employees in that building had fallen from a high of 4,800 to 2,000 through layoffs, outsourcing and remote work.[http://www.stltoday.com/business/local/at-t-to-vacate-downtown-st-louis-high-rise-next/article_7f20c54a-5daf-57d7-9efb-ebd52a464364.html AT&T to vacate downtown St. Louis high-rise next year - September 12, 2013]

The building was ultimately foreclosed by US Bank after AT&T's departure and, on April 25, 2022, the building was sold for $4.05 million to SomeraRoad, a New York–based developer. SomeraRoad later held an auction for the building in December 2023. It was sold to an entity tied to the Boston-based Goldman Group for $3.6 million in early April 2024.{{Cite web |last=Heschmeyer |first=Mark |date=10 April 2024 |title=One of St. Louis’ Tallest Office Towers, Empty for Years, Sells for Less Than 2% of Its Peak Price |url=https://www.costar.com/article/642008108/one-of-st-louis-tallest-office-towers-empty-for-years-sells-for-less-than-2-of-its-peak-price |url-status=live |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20240411045716/https://www.costar.com/article/642008108/one-of-st-louis-tallest-office-towers-empty-for-years-sells-for-less-than-2-of-its-peak-price |archive-date=11 April 2024 |access-date=11 April 2024 |website=CoStar}} It is unclear what Goldman Group's plan is for the building at this time.{{Cite web |title=MSN |url=https://www.msn.com/ |access-date=2024-04-11 |website=www.msn.com}}
