Accra Declaration

The Accra Declaration confirmed the support of the two main healthcare interoperability standards [http://www.HL7.org Health Level 7] {{webarchive|url=https://web.archive.org/web/20100408170144/http://www.hl7.org/ |date=2010-04-08 }}[http://Medical.NEMA.org DICOM] by the open source community.
