Adam Zreľák (born 5 May 1994) is a Slovak professional footballer who plays as a forward for Polish club GKS Katowice and the Slovakia national team.

Career

=MFK Ružomberok=

He played five matches for Jablonec and scored two goals, both against Jihlava.

In July 2017, it was announced that Zreľák had signed a contract with 2. Bundesliga club Nürnberg. International career

Zreľák took part in the 2017 UEFA European Under-21 Championship in Poland, where he captained Slovakia U21.
