Adib made his debut with Perak II in the 2020 Malaysia Premier League against Kelantan United on 1 March 2020. In September 2020, Adib was promoted to the senior team of Perak. On 11 June 2024 in the match against Chinese Taipei at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium, he came on as a substitute for Akhyar Rashid in the 74th minute and scored his first international goal in stoppage time which gave Malaysia a 3–1 victory.
