Adnan Ghaleb Melhem ({{langx|ar|عَدْنَان غَالِب مَلْحَم}}; born 29 April 1989) is a Lebanese footballer who plays as a striker for {{Lebanese football updater|Jwayya}} club Jwayya.

Club career
