Agreed statement
{{refimprove|date=March 2025}}
An agreed statement, in US law, is an agreement between two parties to a lawsuit or an appeal of a judgment. The agreements are limited to cases of the dispute being a question of legal interpretation rather than a dispute concerning the facts of a case.{{Cite book |last=Black |first=Henry Campbell |url= |title=A Dictionary of Law |publisher=Lawbook Exchange |year=1991 |isbn=0-9630106-0-3 |pages=55 |oclc=24757586 |author-link=Henry Campbell Black}}
