Airiman

Airiman were an Indigenous Australian tribe from Australia's Northern Territory.

Country

According to Norman Tindale, the Airiman's traditional lands encompassed {{convert|800|mi2|km2}}.{{sfn|Tindale|1974|p=220}} Baldwin Spencer encountered this tribe at the headwaters of the Fitzmaurice River.{{sfn|Spencer|1914}} They were later described by D. S. Davidson who, Tindale claims, incorrectly took them to be Ngarinman.{{sfn|Davidson|1935}}{{sfn|Tindale|1974|p=220}}
