The Alaska Gateway School District is a public school district based in Tok, Alaska (USA).

The district covers approximately {{convert|28000|sqmi|km2}} in the eastern interior of Alaska, extending north from the Alaska Range to the Yukon River and Canada–United States border. There were a total of 411 students enrolled in the Alaska Gateway School District during the 2007-2008 school year. Of these, 405 were enrolled in grades K-12 and 6 were pre-elementary (early childhood) students.
