Alex Carroll (born March 18, 1992) is a former Canadian football wide receiver. He played for the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League in 2015 and later was a member of the Montreal Alouettes in 2017. Early career

He subsequently returned to the Gaels for his fifth year of eligibility in 2014, playing in eight games. Professional career
Following his performance during his final season with the Gaels, Carroll was invited to the regional CFL Combine in Edmonton and a mini-camp with the Saskatchewan Roughriders. The Roughriders signed Carroll in late April as an undrafted free agent. He was placed on the practice roster following the preseason. After his football career, Carroll worked for the real estate business Engel & Völkers.
