Alex Gene Morrison is a contemporary painter and video/animator{{Cite web|url=https://www.theguardian.com/artanddesign/2009/jul/29/artist-alex-gene-morrison|title=Artist of the week 51: Alex Gene Morrison|website=TheGuardian.com |date=29 July 2009}} born in Birmingham in 1975. He studied painting at the Royal College of Art between 2000 and 2002.
