Alexander "Alex" Lewington (born 20 September 1991){{cite web|url=http://en.espn.co.uk/england/rugby/player/105030.html|website=espn.co.uk|title=Alex Lewington|accessdate=8 October 2017}} is a retired rugby union winger.

Lewington's career started with Leicester Tigers, making appearances in the LV= Cup. Lewington played internationally for England Saxons.
