Alexander Rando (born April 15, 2001) is an American soccer player who plays for New York City FC in Major League Soccer.

In 2019, Rando attended Stanford University to play college soccer,{{Cite web|url=https://gostanford.com/news/2019/3/4/mens-soccer-cardinals-class-announced.aspx|title=Cardinal's Class Announced|website=Stanford University Athletics}} but never appeared for team after returning home before the start of the season.{{Cite web|url=https://virginiasports.com/news/2021/02/23/rando-ready-to-anchor-uva-defense/|title=Rando Ready to Anchor UVA Defense|date=February 23, 2021|website=Virginia Cavaliers Official Athletic Site}} For 2020, Rando transferred to the University of Virginia, where he made 10 appearances during a season affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to joining Virginia, Rando spent two and a half weeks with League of Ireland side Dundalk.
