Alexander Thomas Jeremejeff ({{langx|ru|Александр Томас Еремеев}}; born 12 October 1993) is a Swedish professional footballer who plays as a forward for Panathinaikos. He has previously played for Örgryte IS, Qviding FIF, Malmö FF and BK Häcken. He won one cap for the Sweden national team in 2019.

Jeremejeff signed a long-term contract with Division 1 team Qviding on 28 January 2013, as a free agent. On 13 August 2019, Jeremejeff signed for 2.
