Alexandr Shefer (born 28 August 1971) is a former Kazakhstani racing cyclist.{{cite web | url=https://www.procyclingstats.com/rider.php?id=114231 | title=Alexandre Shefer | work=ProCyclingStats | accessdate=2 July 2018}} He was a professional racer from 1993 to 2003. He is the brother of Viktor Shefer, who was also a professional cyclist. Shefer was a coach for {{UCI team code|AST|2009}} from 2007 to 2009, the team of Alexander Vinokourov, alongside team director Belgian Johan Bruyneel.
