Alexandros "Alexis" Alexiou ({{langx|el|Αλέξανδρος "Αλέξης" Αλεξίου}}; born 8 September 1963) is a Greek former footballer and manager.{{WorldFootball.net|alexis-alexiou}}

He played for Apollon Kalamarias, Olympiacos, and PAOK, as well as for the national side.
