Alexei Murygin (born November 16, 1986) is a Russian former professional ice hockey goaltender. He most recently played under contract with Kunlun Red Star in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL).

Playing career

In 2015-16, Murgyin set the KHL shutout record, going 302 minutes and 11 seconds without letting in a goal. In 2019. Murgyin was diagnosed with tonsil cancer. In 2021, it was announced that Murygin had beat cancer and would seek a spot back in the KHL.
