Alexis David Duarte Pereira (born 12 March 2000) is a Paraguayan professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Russian Premier League club Spartak Moscow.
Club career
Duarte started his career with Paraguayan Primera División side Cerro Porteño, making his professional debut in April 2019 playing the whole match in a 3–0 win over Club Nacional.{{cite web|url=https://uk.soccerway.com/matches/2019/04/29/paraguay/division-profesional/club-nacional/cerro-porteno/2949486/|title=NACIONAL ASUNCIÓN VS. International career
