Alfalfa is an unincorporated residential village in western Caddo County, Oklahoma, United States. Alfalfa is located on Oklahoma State Highway 58, {{convert|8|mi|km}} north of Carnegie and {{convert|9|mi|km}} south of Eakly. The community was originally named "Boise," however, it was later changed to "Alfalfa" to avoid confusion with Boise City, Oklahoma.
