Algernon Hay Lushington (29 September 1847 – 13 September 1930) was an English first-class cricketer.

The son of Frederick Astell Lushington and Lady Margaret Julia Hay, he was born at Lyndhurst in September 1847.{{cite web|url=http://www.thepeerage.com/p50093.htm|title=Algernon Hay Lushington|publisher=www.thepeerage.com|accessdate=2021-12-25}} He was educated at Rugby School,{{cite book |title=Rugby School Register 1842–1874 |first=A. Hampshire Advertiser. 15 September 1880. p. 4 Lushington made three appearances in first-class cricket for Hampshire, the first of which came against Lancashire at Southampton in 1870.
