Alexandra Margaret "Ali" DeLoof is an American swimmer specializing in backstroke. She is the world record holder in the 4×50 m medley relay. During the 2016 FINA Short Course Worlds in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, she won gold medals in the 4x50 {{cite web|url=http://www.omegatiming.com/File/Download?id=000110000D01043802FFFFFFFFFFFF02|title=Women's 4x50m Medley Relay|website=Omegatiming.com|accessdate=2017-08-26}}{{Cite web|url=https://swimswam.com/ali-deloof-shaves-american-record-50-back-by-01-in-lead-off/|title=Ali DeLoof Shaves American Record 50 Back by .01 in Lead-Off|date=8 December 2016}} and 4x100 metres medley relays, and won a gold medal as a prelim swimmer in the 4x100 metres freestyle relay.
