She first played for Athenry in the unofficial Connaht junior club championship in its inaugural year, eventually ascending through the ranks to win intermediate winners and runners-up medals in '69, '71, '73, '75, '76, '77.Statistics. Various match reports. ’77 was the big one. It was when Athenry won the Senior Club All Ireland.
