Alikhel ({{langx|ps|علي‌خېل}}) or Alikhil or ‘’’Alikhail’’’ is a Pashtun tribe in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and India. Alikhel belongs to the tribe of the Panni confederation of Pashtuns.
