Alina Hrushyna Akobiia ({{langx|uk|Аліна Давидівна Акобія}}, born 5 August 1999), also known as Alina Akobiya, is a Ukrainian freestyle wrestler. She won one of the bronze medals in the 57{{nbsp}}kg event at the 2022 World Wrestling Championships held in Belgrade, Serbia. She is a four-time medalist, including two gold medals, at the European Wrestling Championships. Hrushyna represented Ukraine at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France.

Career
